Great app. When I quit smoking I went back to this. It really emphasized the breathing I had lost. The best part is that each level is broken down into short pieces. As a former figure skater I have to watch my stretching as I have permanent injuries. So I can use beginner stretching and then intermediate on the other levels. To end my day I use the longest relaxation to end my day. I also like the fact I can download the videos and take this to the beach and relax to real waves if I want.
